What does "expired" mean on the Fulfilment Dashboard?

Answer:

Expired indicates that the customer's ID documentation have reached their expiration date.

Navigate to Customer> Customer Management> Search for the customer> Click edit>

  • Toggle off Adult Use

  • Delete expiration data

  • Toggle Adult use back on

  • Save
