How do I convert an Adult Use customer into a Medical Customer?
Answer:
NOTE: Only CA supports medical customers that are not MMIC Customers.
Navigate to Customer > Customer Management
Select the customer you wish to convert.
Click Edit
Toggle OFF Adult Use
Toggle ON State Medical ID
Enter the State Medical ID number
Enter the expiration date
Hit Save & Back button
