Grouping and Status
Critical Step: Group Orders
Group all delivery orders within the "Packed and Ready" status in your fulfillment module. If orders are not grouped for delivery, they will not be sent to Metrc.Move to Out for Delivery
Move the delivery group to "Out for Delivery." Treez will automatically create the delivery orders in Metrc.
Handling Changes After Delivery Order is Sent to Metrc
Flexibility
Cash payment orders are easier to edit in Treez and rebuild in Metrc.
Metrc Lock
Once the delivery has departed, Metrc locks the order, preventing any edits.
Voiding and Rebuilding
Void the existing manifest in Metrc if changes are needed.
Edit the order in Treez to reflect the necessary changes.
Manually create a new manifest in Metrc to reflect the correct delivery details.
Finalization:
Complete the order in Treez.
Manually complete the delivery sale in Metrc.
Ensure the new delivery order is properly recorded in both Treez and Metrc.
Cash Payment Delivery Orders can be canceled directly in Treez as needed. To ensure accuracy, it's a good practice to verify that the order has also been canceled in Metrc.
