Question:

How do I manually report a sale in BioTrack Illinois?

Answer:

BioTrack provides the ability to manually report a sale within the BioTrack Traceability user interface and the steps to perform the manual sale reporting can be found in Chapter 7: Sales Activity (page 48) of the Retailer Licensee Manual. The steps include verifying a patients allotment, verifying caregivers, reporting adult use sales and reporting medical sales.

NOTE: If you are manually reporting a sale that is showing up in Compliance > Error Control, be sure to Dismiss the sale from Error Control once you have manually reported it prevent duplicate reporting and indicate to other users who may be viewing Error Control that this sale has been addressed.
