When a delivery order is moved to a Packed & Ready status on the Fulfillment dashboard, the order is sent to Cannveya.
The order will come into the Cannveya Unassigned jobs queue. (Cannveya uses the term “job” to refer to the Treez equivalent of “order”. There may be several jobs/orders per delivery route.) The user must complete the dispatch settings and select a driver. Drivers must be signed-in on the Cannveya driver mobile app to be selectable for assignment.
When the driver accepts the job, it will display in the driver’s queue on the Cannveya mobile app and the order will move to the Out for Delivery status on the Fulfillment dashboard. The driver will be routed appropriately within the app to pick up the order from the shop (if necessary) and deliver it to the customer.
When the driver completes the order in-app, the amount collected by the driver will display in the configured cash drawer and the order will move to the Completed status on the Fulfillment dashboard. Prepaid orders that are paid before the order was moved to Packed & Ready will not prompt the driver to collect payment.
Note: For Metrc reporting, Cannveya should ALWAYS send the delivery sale. In SellTreez the Trace Treez Metrc reporting for delivery sales will be disabled with this integration and will not show in the Compliance Management Module. If there are sales discrepancies, users will have to check Metrc directly for confirmation that their delivery sales were successfully recorded.
