METRC has user level permissions which control what actions the user (called Employees in METRC) can take within METRC as well as what actions the users API allow integrators to take when using the key. METRC permission are typically broken up between different functional areas within METRC and some have different levels of access.
Typically in METRC there will be to levels of access:
View - View permissions typically allow users to view information in the METRC interface but do not allow the user to make changes to the information.
Manage - Manager permissions typically allow a user to both view and change information in METRC including creating new information in METRC.
Each users permissions can be viewed in METRC by navigating to the Admin > Employees menu, highlighting the user and clicking the "Edit Employees" button.
NOTE: Available permissions can vary slightly by market and license type. The permissions listed on this page are not intended to be an exhaustive list of METRC permission but should cover the most commonly used permissions for Retail Dispensaries.

Transfers Menu > License & External |
