You can turn on auto-printing receipts when orders reach a certain stage on your Fulfillment dashboard.

Step 1: Navigate to Configurations > Config Page > eCommerce > Saved Sales Fulfillment and then scroll down to the Automatic Printing section at the bottom.

Step 2: Turn the ‘Auto Print’ toggle On. This enables Auto-print in Fulfillment and will reveal 3 additional toggles for various order stages.

Step 3: Enable auto-printing at your desired order stages by turning the corresponding toggles On.

Incorporating these options into your fulfillment workflows can save your time and energy. For example, some shops automatically print a receipt when a new order is created — the receipt works as a visual cue that there’s an incoming order requiring attention, and as a ‘packing slip’ that staff can use while packing the order.

Please Note: This will print on all computers with a connected receipt printer that have the fulfillment dashboard tab open.
