How do I create a BOGO discount?

Navigate to Product > Discount Managment > Discount

Click on the Yellow plus icon to begin creating a new discount and input a descriptive name. Next, select the BOGO discount method. It is important that you don’t enable Stacking for your BOGO discounts, otherwise, they will not apply correctly.

In the Define Discounted Products section, we will select one or more product groups we’ve already created, or create a new product group for the BUY section. Next input the Required Buy Count to choose how many products in that group the customer needs to purchase.

In the GET section, you will select the product group from which the customer gets the product. Input the Customer Earns Number to choose how many products in that group the customer will Get.

Choose the discount method from the Percent or Dollar dropdown, then input the amount they will get off the Get section.

NOTE: To avoid the non-compliant scenario where a BOGO discount would reduce the price of the GET product(s) to $0, we spread the discount over the BUY items and GET items as defined in your BOGO discount.

Apply any conditions to make the discount more specific, then click out of the discount to save.
