What is the difference between an Express Order and a Pick Up order?
Answer:
SellTreez allows the retailer to choose a Sales Type differentiating orders and time to fulfillment based on their best business practices.
A primary use case would be if a retailer wants to differentiate a pick up order from an instore order so as to process it faster while a customer is waiting in the store.
Express orders also allow for integration partners, if they choose, and are offering in-store kiosks, a way to send orders to Treez fulfillment that alerts fulfillment staff to fill these orders more expediently.
You can set a sale type at the POS to indicate to the fulfillment team to pick these types of orders up faster than others in the queue.
POS > Customer Management> Sale Type
Clicking on Sale Type allows you to choose from the dropdown list to differentiate orders.
