Why is there a negative rewards balance for my customer?
Answer:
The most common reason rewards points will display with a negative balance is if the customer purchased items and redeemed their rewards points but then made a return on those items.
Another common reason is perhaps a manual edit was made and was input as a negative balance. You can check this by viewing the Event History on the customer profile. If you see parentheses around the amount it means it was entered as a negative balance.
