To disassociate a customer from an order:

Step 1: Navigate to the customer’s order in SellTreez.

Step 2: Click the X next to the customer’s information on the upper left-hand side of the screen and then click OK to confirm. The customer has now been removed from the order, allowing you to proceed with completing the order as ‘No Customer’ or assigning the order to another customer.

To change the customer associated with an order:

Step 1: Navigate to the customer’s order in SellTreez.

Step 2: Click the X next to the customer’s information on the upper left-hand side of the screen, and then click OK to confirm.

Step 3: In the search box, type the new customer name you’d like to associate the order to and click Search.

Step 4: Select the correct customer from the list. If the correct customer doesn’t have an existing profile, click Add New Customer to create a new profile in Customer Management.

Step 5: Click the Current Sale tile located on the right side of the page, then Save Current Sale.
