How do I edit or delete Group Orders in the METRC Delivery feature?

Answer:

To edit or delete a grouped delivery follow the instructions below:

Edit

A delivery group can be edited any time before its moved to Out for Delivery. To do this, simply click on the stacked group order from the Fulfillment Dashboard. From here the same group window will launch where Packed & Ready orders can be added or removed from the grouping and delivery information such as notes, driver, vehicle and planned route (All markets excluding California) can be updated.

To remove just a specific order from a delivery group, simply click the "X" on the right side of the order in the delivery window.

Delete

Delivery groups can be deleted while they are still in Packed & Ready. To delete a delivery group, open the group window by clicking on the delivery group in Packed & Ready, then click the "Delete" button. Deleting the delivery group will remove the orders from the group and remove the delivery group from the Fulfillment Dashboard.
