  • California

  • Massachusetts (Adult Use Only)

  • New Jersey

  • Nevada

Question:

What Errors Will I See in the METRC Delivery Feature?

Answer:

The errors shown in the METRC Delivery Feature are displayed in the Delivery Group (California) or Delivery Details (All markets excluding California) windows. These errors are typically from METRC directly but may also include errors about payments for prepaid ACH orders or an error from Treez to provide clarity to the user.

If a group of delivery sales gets rejected by METRC with an error, after Treez attempts to create a ledger (California) or individual manifests (All markets excluding California), the user will be notified by automatically pushing the group back to Packed & Ready. The failed group will have a red sidebar and clicking the group to open the modal will display the error message at the top of the window or next to the individual order. This group will now be in a draft state and can be edited to make any necessary adjustments before retrying.

Once the error message has been addressed, this group can be tried again by using the ‘Send to METRC’ function as described above.

Common Errors

  • Contents from package 1AXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX cannot be sold because it does not exist in facility.

    • What does this mean? This error indicates that when adding the packages to the delivery, METRC indicated the package does not exist in the license. This usually happens when a package is transferred out of the license in the METRC.

    • How do I fix this? You will either need to remove this package from the delivery order in Treez or receive this package back into your METRC license before proceeding.

  • Transaction quantity 1 ea in Package 1AXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is greater than available quantity 0.0000 ea.

    • What does this mean? This error indicates that when adding the package to the delivery, METRC indicated that the package does not have enough available quantity in your license to fulfill this order

    • How do I fix this? You will either need to remove this package from the delivery order in Treez or adjust this package to include enough inventory in METRC to fulfill the order.
