How do I create New Group Orders in the New CA Delivery Feature?
Answer:
Creating delivery groups is easy with METRC Delivery. In order to create group orders to be reported to METRC, follow the steps outlined below:

Once a delivery order is moved to the Packed & Ready status in the Fulfillment Dashboard, it can be grouped with other Packed & Ready orders by clicking the "Group for Delivery" button in the upper right corner of the Fulfillment Dashboard.
The Group for Delivery screen will appear where users will see all delivery orders that are in Packed & Ready status available to be added to the group. Click the box next to each order you would like to group together in the same METRC Ledger. This should represent the group of orders which will be delivered by the driver in a single trip.

The user should then fill out the following information for the group:
Delivery Name (Required)
This is a friendly name for the delivery group which will be displayed in the Fulfillment Dashboard on the grouped order card.
Notes (Optional)
This is an area where you can enter any notes about the delivery group. Feel free to add any helpful information here.
Driver (Required)
This is a drop down of any users who have the "Handle Deliveries" permission and have the required user fields completely filled out in User Management.
Drivers License (Auto Populated)
This field is automatically populated from the Drivers License field on the selected drivers profile.
Vehicle (Required)
This is a drop down of any vehicles that have been setup in Configuration > Config Page > Delivery > Vehicles.
Vehicle License (Auto Populated)
This field is automatically populated from the Vehicle License field on the vehicle profile.
Users can now click the "Group" button the save the group. Saving the group does not automatically create the METRC Ledger. Users made continue to edit the group and add additional orders or make changes as necessary.

Planned Route (Required)
This is a freeform field to enter the turn by turn directions for your deliveries. This is sent to METRC as the planned route for each delivery manifest in the group.
