The configurations associated with the User Management page are very limited, as the majority of the customizable functionality can be managed directly from the User Management page itself.
- Auto Generate Employee ID: If enabled, this field will be hidden when creating a new user and will auto-generate after the new account has been Saved. This number will be displayed in the “Employee Number” column and can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon after the user has been created.
NOTE: There are no Employee ID requirements within the Treez portal, so enabling this field is entirely up to you.
- Rename Agent Number: This is an optional field associated with each user account. If you’d like to use it to capture any other specific employee information, you can rename it to be whatever you’d like.
