Accessing the new Treez Help Center online requires you to create an account or log in using your existing account.

Create a new Account

TIP: If you have ever written into our support system in the past, an account will already exist for you under the email address(s) you have used in the past, you simply need to change your password.

If you have never written into support is the past, you can create an account by:

Step 1: Navigating to Support.Treez.io

Step 2: Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the page

Step 3: Click "Sign Up"

Step 4: Fill out the 2 required fields:

  • Your null name

    • Enter your full first and last name in this field, separated by a space

  • Your email

    • Enter your email address

NOTE: If you have previously communicated with TreezSupport using the email address, you will receive an error message stating "A user has already signed up with the given email Please use the regular sign-in

If you do not remember your TreezSupport password, you can reset your password by following the Changing your password instructions.

Step 5: Check your email for a welcome email contain a verification link that will allow you to set up your password and sign in.

Log In using your existing account

Step 1: Navigating to Support.Treez.io

Step 2: Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the page

Step 3: Enter your email address and your password for the TreezSupport account you have setup, then click "Sign in"

Changing your password

Step 1: Navigating to Support.Treez.io

Step 2: Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the page

Step 3: Click "Forgot my password"

Step 4: Enter your email address

Step 5: Check your email and click the link provided to reset your password
